These "general terms and conditions" govern the relationship between the online store of Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as as a seller on one side and users of the products and services on the website (referred to for brevity as a site), as a buyer on the other side. These terms and conditions bind any user who by clicking on any product, link or button (except for this link to "Terms and conditions") agrees, accepts in full and undertakes to comply with these "Terms and conditions".

The website is a part of "Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria" Ltd. – a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic Of Bulgaria, UIC: BG202766882 , represented by Iva Vassileva in her capacity as a manager. Address of management: Sofia city, zhk South Park, building 28, entrance B, ground floor.



From you can place an order both as a guest and as a registered user. In order to register, you need to specify an email address (which is actually your username) and a password, first and last name, current delivery address and a phone number, after which your data will be stored in our database. After a successful registration, with each new order you will be given the opportunity to change your delivery address as well as your personal data. By pressing the "Order" button, you make an electronic statement within the meaning of the Law for the electronic document and electronic signature, confirming that you are familiar with and accept these "General terms and conditions".



The personal data provided to us by clients (names, address, phone number and e-mail) will be used only for the fulfillment of these contractual terms and for your service as a customer - for processing and delivery of the order, contacting you and delivering information in the form of an electronic newsletter (which subscription you can cancel at any time), in compliance with the regulations of the Personal data protection act. Premier Cosmetics Bulgaria Ltd. undertakes not to use your personal data for any purpose other than the above mentioned or to provide it to third parties.



You can order from 24 hours a day, on the weekends and public holidays. When finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products you have selected, as well as the delivery information and feedback – if necessary, you can make the appropriate adjustments. You will be notified via e-mail to confirm your order, after which you will be contacted by our representative to inform you when it will be shipped and delivered or to specify other details with you. In the case of an initial order, the call from our representative will be mandatory, and in each subsequent order it will not be necessary, unless there are explicit changes that are a subject to comment.

The correctly completed and sent order form on the site or order by phone call is a binding offer to conclude a distance selling contract with the seller, in which the buyer is bound within 14 days of sending the order to conclude a contract with the seller.

The sale contract itself is prepared by the seller, and after sending the goods to the buyer, it is considered valid and concluded.

Given the fact that the sales contract concluded between the online store and the users of the site is concluded on the basis of an offer from the supplier to the consumer as part of a system for sale of goods, in which from the moment of making the offer until the conclusion of the contract, as well as for the time of the conclusion of the contract, the parties are not in physical contact with each other, the contract is a distance sale contract according to the provisions of the CPA.

The user has the right to cancel his order, i.e. to withdraw from his offer to conclude a purchase agreement without any penalties, only until the moment of sending the goods. The user undertakes to notify the seller of the changes via e-mail or by a phone call.

Products offered by are not intended for re-sale or subsequent sale.



The final amount due is the sum of the amounts of each individual product that the buyer has claimed. All prices have a pre-charged VAT and it is included in the price of the products. All prices are in Bulgarian levs. Each order is accompanied by a cash receipt (or invoice for a legal entity in advance). The price for the delivery itself is NOT charged to the buyer in case the order is worth more than 100 BGN. For orders under 100 BGN, the delivery price is paid by the buyer. Delivery is carried out within 1 to 5 working days on the territory of the Republic Of Bulgaria and the Hellenic Republic. We do not offer a "review and test" option before you pay for delivery.


By cash on delivery (cash payment upon receipt) - the buyer pays the entire amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order.

Payment by bank transfer – the order is processed and sent by the seller only after the payment of the amount due by the buyer is received into the bank account of the seller. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer owes nothing to the courier.

Upon withdrawal from the contract, within 14 working days from the date of purchase, the buyer has the right to return the goods purchased by the seller to the address below. In case of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which the seller received the notification from the buyer about the withdrawal from the concluded contract.

In case the product has been unpacked, damaged or used, a withdrawal from a contract may not be implemented. In case the returned product is visibly damaged, used or unpacked, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the resulting damages from the buyer.

The legal time limit for examining a claim is within 30 calendar days after its filing. Before submitting your claims, please contact us at 0889 740 780 to clarify the claim and for further information.

After sending the products for a claim to the address (Sofia city, zhk South Park, building 28, entrance B, ground floor), please let them be accompanied by a description of the reason for the claim, with a copy of the invoice or cash receipt (so that we can identify the order as quickly as possible). Please specify the bank account to which you would like to receive the amount of the returned product in case your claim is confirmed.

The seller provides various discounts (for customers, under specific conditions, etc.). Each of them has different rules of application.

In case the rules for using a discount card, promotional code or other type of bonus are not complied with, the seller has the right to refuse the respective discount to the buyer. The seller should contact the buyer to inform him of the non-compliance, as well as to offer him the opportunity to arrange the order without the corresponding discount.
